So it's crazy that it's the most common reason PMs get rejected. PMs are generally spending their time on: • Handling the Planning Cycle • Writing PRDs • Feature QA These are user- and business-focused tasks, not technically focused. But the top companies like Google, Stripe, and Amazon regularly test them. They ask things like: • What's the architecture of your last product? • Create the system design for Google Maps. • How do you traverse a linked list? As a result, you can’t ignore technical skills if you are a PM ever looking to job search. ([View Tweet](https://twitter.com/aakashg0/status/1734380985251135930)) ![rw-book-cover](https://pbs.twimg.com/profile_images/1742277779561787392/d56gIHZR.jpg) ## New highlights added February 7, 2025 at 7:58 PM > Product marketing should be brought in at the beginning of the process, not the end! > And if you don't have a PMM, you should do the thinking they would from the start. > Here's how to do it right: https://t.co/MkOzV3WCWM > ![](https://pbs.twimg.com/media/GjHrgvOW8AA4SL8.jpg) ([View Tweet](https://twitter.com/aakashg0/status/1887548669827629147)) ![rw-book-cover](https://pbs.twimg.com/profile_images/1742277779561787392/d56gIHZR.jpg) ## New highlights added February 13, 2025 at 7:51 AM > All interviews should be shot this way > https://t.co/WMMf8keKdH ([View Tweet](https://twitter.com/aakashg0/status/1889701204487204899)) ![rw-book-cover](https://pbs.twimg.com/profile_images/1742277779561787392/d56gIHZR.jpg) ## New highlights added March 1, 2025 at 4:50 AM > I can’t believe we prototyped 5 features in 84 mins (using Bolt, Cursor, Lovable, Replit & v0) in today's podcast with Colin Matthews. > It's a complete tutorial on the top tools: > 0:31 - Bolt Tutorial > 24:44 - Tool Landscape > 32:14 - Cursor Tutorial > 44:29 - Lovable Tutorial > 58:54 - Replit Tutorial > 1:11:29 - v0 Tutorial > 1:12:47 - Takeaways > *Paid promotions included*Your browser does not support the video tag. ([View Tweet](https://twitter.com/aakashg0/status/1895557013850992908))
