But I actually found his book "How Will You Measure Your Life?" even more profound. Here are my 6 favorite quotes from the 200+ page book: https://t.co/CO56Qf10V5 ![](https://pbs.twimg.com/media/FpVvuElaQAAsKjr.jpg) ([View Tweet](https://twitter.com/petergyang/status/1627329687860166658)) - Have you ever received feedback that you need to be "more strategic"? @jackiebo got this feedback early in her PM career before she became a best selling author and Head of PM at Asana. Here's her 3-step guide to cracking your product strategy that anyone can use: https://t.co/OKE0BcJkZ5 ![](https://pbs.twimg.com/media/Fxdqjo9XsAAkaco.jpg) ([View Tweet](https://twitter.com/petergyang/status/1663915754981322753)) - My life changed for the better when I learned about the 3 forms of leverage from @naval. It made me set new goals and redesign my life with intention. Maybe it'll change your life too: https://t.co/wXgPGTyukl ![](https://pbs.twimg.com/media/FxTXYGBacAAM-e4.png) ([View Tweet](https://twitter.com/petergyang/status/1663190974506610689)) - It takes many PMs years to figure out how to level up in their career. But the PSHE framework makes this journey crystal clear. Here's what the framework is and how you can use it to avoid getting stuck: https://t.co/m9VUvNkURx ![](https://pbs.twimg.com/media/FkWdJe6UoAA186N.jpg) ([View Tweet](https://twitter.com/petergyang/status/1604861631464251393)) - Interesting to reflect on why founders are so proud of not hiring any PMs. I think this is happening because the PM culture had drifted too far into optimizing OKRs, A/B testing everything, and optics around climbing the career ladder. Meanwhile, just listening to customers and crafting products that you’re proud is getting lost. I hope that we can bring the function back to why it exists in the first place - help the team ship products that customers love.
